The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the order of transfer, is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2.On account of efflux of time, no adjudication is to be undertaken.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner had also joined in the transferred post on 09.07.2014 itself. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required and the writ petition stands closed.
