ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to grant exemption to the petitioner herein from paying the required Court fee of Rs.19,273/- in the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is exempted from the payment of Court fee of Rs.19,273/- in CMA(MD)SR.No.59039 of 2025 for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the entire Court fee, as and when the petitioner receive any part of the amount, that has now been awarded as compensation to the claimant / petitioner in M.C.O.P.No.56 of 2020.
