ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land in S.No.102/1 at Oorkadu Village, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District and to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of survey. 2.It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the property has already been surveyed and demarcated. Hence, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
