[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.5.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that encroachment was made on the pathway by the respondents 6 to 9.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the
encroachment was by way of putting firewood on the pathway and the same is removed in February, 2019.
