ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the seniority list. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 4/5
matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
