The issues raised in the present intra-court appeals have lost their relevance on account of the fact that admissions for the academic session 2024-2025 came to an end. Therefore, there is no need to consider the issues raised in the present appeals on merits.
2.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant College would be eligible for more number of PG seats. However, this Court cannot express any opinion on this claim, since for the subsequent years, the applications are to be submitted by the appellant college which is to be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
