Hence the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as abated. 2.In C.M.A(MD)No.687 of 2025, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appeal has become infructuous and has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
