The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to conduct an enquiry relating to the weekly market situated in Inamkulathur Village in Survey Nos.838/2 and 838/3 and consequently to pass suitable orders for inviting tender for weekly market collection at Inamkulathur Village Srirangam Taluk Trichy District. 2/5

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the panchayat authorities are maintaining the area in question and they are only collecting the weekly market collection and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

Recording the abovesaid submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
