ORDER
This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife seeking transfer of the petition in G.W.O.P.No.73 of 2020 filed by her husband/the respondent herein from the file of the 3rd Additional District Court, Tirunelveli to the file of the Principal District Court, Tuticorin.
2.Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent has no objection to the petition in G.W.O.P.No.73 of 2020 being transferred from the file of the 3rd Additional District Court, Tirunelveli to the file of the Principal District Court, Tuticorin and that counter is yet to be filed by the petitioner herein. 3.In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petition in G.W.O.P.No.73 of 2020 is transferred from the file of the 3rd Additional District Court, Tirunelveli to the file of the Principal District Court, Tuticorin. Once the matter is transferred from the 3rd Additional District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ _________
Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.486 of 2021 Court, Tirunelveli, the learned Principal District Judge, Tuticorin, shall endeavour to dispose of the said petition as expeditiously as possible not later than a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
