ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein, under which, a patta standing in the name of the writ petitioner was transferred in the name of the fourth and fifth respondent herein. According to the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner, the fifth respondent was also aggrieved by the impugned order and he had preferred a revision before the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur. The District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur had reversed the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 09.12.2011 ( The order impugned in the writ petition). Since the order impugned in the writ petitioner has already been reversed by the revisional authority, nothing 2/4

survives to be decided in the present writ petition.

2. The Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
