No.M2/60/2022 dated 30.08.2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER
This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint / representation dated 28.06.2024 and to provide necessary police protection for quarry operation in his property. 2/5
2. According to the petitioner, he is not operating the quarry at present and whenever he attempts to open the quarry, the private respondents are preventing the operation.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the earlier complaint / representation given by the petitioner was considered and the same was closed, as there is no interference from any person in running of the quarry.
4. Recording the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents 1 to 4, if there is any threat or interference in future. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
