Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, or order of direction in the nature of a writ calling for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.571/12/A2, dated 02.12.2013 on the file of the respondent with regard to the enhancement of rent to the petitioner's shop No.4-C in the Majeeth Road Shopping complex at Sivagangai, Sivagangai District quash the same and direct the respondent to extend the lease period for the petitioners shop No.4C in the Majeeth Road, Shopping Complex at Sivagangai with applicable revised rate to rent.
