O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to take action on the basis of the complaint that has been given by the petitioner, dated 17.05.2022 .

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.39 of 2022. Summon has also been issued to the petitioner and the opposite party to appear before the second respondent.

3.Since action has been initiated on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 2/4

4.The respondent may conclude the enquiry within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
