Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARIYANATCHI V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7416 of 2021 dated 10.06.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner could not be able to execute the sureties and prayed the time to be extended.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed subject to following condition:
