ORDER
The learned Special Government Pleader fairly made a submission by stating that there is sufficient students strength in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Mangalakudi. The writ petitioner is working within the staff strength sanctioned by the competent educational authority, based on the inspection conducted during the current academic year.
2.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader that the School cited supra is having adequate students strength so as to accommodate the writ petitioner, there is no further consideration is required, as the writ petitioner is within the staff strength sanctioned by the competent educational authority.
3.Thus, the impugned order issued by the first respondent in proceeding in Na.Ka.No.2373/A2/2014 dated 24.06.2014, stands quashed and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
