Heard the learned counsel on either side.

The prayer in the writ petition is for registering the petition mentioned document and its release. Both these objects have been achieved. W.P(MD)No.8766 of 2018 respondent should effect mutation of patta in his favour. That is not the prayer in the writ petition. It is for the writ petitioner to agitate the same separately. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
