Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRASANNA VINOTH B, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14300 of 2021, dated 28.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 23.10.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14300 of 2021, dated 28.09.2021 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
