ORDER:- This Appeal Suit coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and earlier order of this Court and the letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli has requested further time of three months to dispose of the C.O.S.No.148/2021, Vide his letter in D.No.1027/2024, Dated.18.01.2024, this Court made the following order:

By letter, dated 18.01.2024 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli has requested further time of three months to dispose of the C.O.S.No.148/2021.

2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 12.10.2023.
