O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed by the prosecution witness in C.C.No.34 of 2013 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Cases, Madurai.

2.On account of the failure of the petitioner to appear on 20.10.2021, non bailable warrant has been issued. The petitioner through his counsel gives an undertaking that he will positively appear before the Court below on the next hearing date ie., 13.12.2021 for examination. The said undertaking is recorded. The petitioner shall formally file an application for recall of the warrant on 13.12.2021 and the Court below shall also recall the same. Till then, the impugned warrant shall be kept in abeyance.
