Pending appeals, the parties have entered into a settlement and the terms of joint compromise has been reduced into writing and both the parties as well as their respective counsel signed the compromise.

2.The parties are also present before this Court and they have affirmed the joint compromise, wherein, the wife / appellant in C.M.A.No.787 of 2015 has agreed to receive a sum of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakhs only) in full and final settlement for maintenance and the husband / respondent has agreed to pay the same in four equal instalments commencing from 07.06.2022.

3. In view of the same, the joint compromise memo is recorded. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeals as well as the Civil Revision Petition are disposed of in terms of the joint compromise. The joint compromise memorandum will form part and parcel of this judgment and decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
