ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents to remove the writ petitioner's name from the history sheet maintaining on the file of the second respondent in H.S.No.132 of 2023 by considering the writ petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2024 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner is having two cases in 2023 and one case in 2022, which includes the offence under NDPS Act. Since the writ petitioner is having three cases pending, the question of issuing direction to consider the removal of his name does not arise at this stage. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
