When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the revenue records do not indicate the existence of any water body in all the petition-mentioned survey numbers. This submission made by the respondents has not been controverted by the petitioner by placing contra materials. We are therefore not inclined to interfere. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
