ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.1924 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners 2 and 3 dated 02.08.2023 and to verify the previous case registered against the first petitioner, this case was listed today (i.e) on 23.08.2023.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that because of the continuos trouble between the parties with regard to the land dispute, several cases have been registered against the petitioner and the same is pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the nature of issue, this Court is inclined to grant relief to the first petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the first petitioner ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, Theni District, on condition that the first petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear 2/4

before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The first petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order is copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail will stands dismissed. sd/- 23/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
