This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for transfer of enquiry from Land Grabbing Special Cell, Trichy, to any other Police as the Land Grabbing Special Cell has already been wound up on account of directions given by this Court, which was confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the Deputy Director General of Police has issued a Circular, directing all the Superintendents of Police to dismantle the Land Grabbing Special Cells and to transfer the investigations pending with the cell to other Police division and the complaint given by the petitioner is transferred to the City Crime Branch, Trichi, hence, no further orders can be passed in this case.
