In the earlier occasion, on 10.11.2022 the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner. 2/4

2. Today, i.e., on 01.03.2023, though the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list none appeared.

3. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the Legal heirs of the petitioner or the College to contest this issue, if so advised. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
