ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 02.11.2021, 25.07.2022, 16.11.2022, 02.03.2023 and 13.07.2023 and requisition letter submitted by the Additional Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli, vide letter in D.No.1191/22, dated 13.07.2022, this Court made the following order:- 1/4

By an order of this Court dated 13.07.2023, an explanation was called for from the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli in respect of the non-disposal of H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2021 even though twice time was extended for disposal of H.M.O.P.

2. Pursuant to the above direction of this Court, the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli by his letter dated 29.07.2023, has given explanation for nondisposal of H.M.O.P.

3. Being satisfied with the explanation given by the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli in the said letter dated 29.07.2023, time for disposing the H.M.O.P. is extended by another two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be entertained by this Court.
