Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S PITCHAI MUTHU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petitioners were directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or the Police Officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, by the order dated 19.06.2023.

2. This petition has been filed seeking modification of the above said condition, stating that the petitioners are unable to arrange 10 sureties and he prays to pass an order to execute two common sureties.

3. Considering the grievance that is expressed by the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or the Police Officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed. sd/-- 14/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
