CMA(MD). No.813 of 2015 ORDER:- This Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Cour dated 05.04.2023 and the requisition of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam vide letter in D.No.nil/2023 dated 07.06.2023, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 05.04.2023, this Court had directed the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam to lodge a police complaint as against the so called arbitrator who passed an award in ALR.D.P.No.60 of 2015 on the file of the Arbitral Court of India, Rajagiri Mosque, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District and report back to this Court or before 24.04.2023.

2.The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate has now submitted a letter, with a request for 10 days time to comply with the order, dated 05.04.2023 of this Court made in C.M.A(MD)No.813 of 2015.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given, time is extended till 20.06.2023 to comply with the order dated 05.04.2023.

4. Post on 20.06.2023.
