ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC, in Crime No.157 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused has illegally transported three units of red sand by using a Tipper Lorry. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
