PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.A5/1774/2025, dated 17.06.2025 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently, to direct the 4th respondent by conducting a fair tender by following the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998.

2.The communication between the litigant and the lawyer is privileged. This privileged communication is utilized for the purpose of representing the case before the Courts by the learned Government Pleader. Such letter would not provide any cause for institution of the Writ proceedings. The petitioner has to independently ventilate his grievances in the manner known to law. 3.With these observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
