This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide necessary police protection with gun men on the basis of the representation dated 19.09.2018 forthwith.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the petitioner sought for police protection on the basis of the representation dated 19.09.2018 and hence, due to lapse of time, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3.Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation with a fresh cause of action, if, he is so advised.
