ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC, in Crime No.397 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.On 02.11.2021, this Court has granted interim protection to the petitioner with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily for a period of two weeks and co-operate for the enquiry and also directed the respondent police to find out the truth and file a report before this Court on the next hearing. 4.Today i.e on 06.12.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner did not co-operate for the enquiry and also submitted that as on date no case has been registered against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
