ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to pass order of re-employment for the academic year 2023-2024 to the petitioner with all consequential and monetary benefits within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the Department concerned has already issued re-employment for the academic year 2023-2024 to the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner acceded to the same. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
