DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Family Court and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of MR. T.LAJAPATHI ROY SR. COUNSEL FOR MR.S.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for the Appellant and of MR.S.SRINIVASARAGHAVAN, Advocate for the respondent, while this Court allowing the appeal and doth order and decree as follows:-
(1) That the relief in I.D.O.P. No. 54 of 2010 be and hereby is granted, the marriage solemnized between Jerome Paulraj and Alexis Amala Jency on 15.02.2009 be and hereby is dissolved;
(2) That the Appellant herein/Husband be and hereby is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 10,000/- per month towards maintenance and expenses of the minor boy from the month of April 2023; https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
(3) That the Appellant herein/Husband be and hereby is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 10 lakhs in any one of the nationalized Bank, in the name of the minor boy, making the mother as guardian;
(4) That the money shall be kept in deposit, till the minor boy attains majority and the right is given to the mother to draw the interest to meet out the expenses for taking care of the boy, once in a year and
