ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.

2.This Writ Petition is instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the illegal construction made by the 4th respondent at Door No.3/190A, S.No.731/6, Thiruparankundram, Ward No.94, Zone V, Madurai Corporation.

3.Today (22.08.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Assistant Commissioner / 2nd respondent has filed status report, stating that inspection was conducted and during inspection, it was found that the 4th respondent has put up construction unauthorizedly and they are taking necessary 2/4

steps as against the illegal construction in due compliance to the provisions of the Act. It is also stated that notice has been issued on 12.08.2025 to the 4th respondent in respect of the construction put up by him. 4.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the authorities competent will initiate further proceedings and complete the enforcement action in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks. 5.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities competent to initiate further proceedings and complete the enforcement action in accordance with law, within a period of twelve
