Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAMOHAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHMAY, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No. 6(b) in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15321 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021, whereby the petitioner was directed to report before the All Women Police Station, Keeranur, Pudhukottai District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is residing in Thirupur and it will cause great hardship to the petitioner to report before the All Women Police Station, Keeranur, Pudhukottai District.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15321 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the All Women Police Station, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL MP(MD) No.9189 of 2021 Thirupur North, Thirupur, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
