ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to re-issue the passport of the petitioner based on the application dated 07.01.2025.
2. It is noticed that 4 FIRs are pending against the petitioner. The details of which are reads as under:

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that in respect of the FIR registered in Crime No.211 of 2023, dated 2/5
06.12.2023, a charge sheet has been filed and the case was taken on file before the Judicial Magistrate, Manalmelkudi in S.T.C.No.189 of 2025.
4. Considering the same, there is no scope for a direction to the first respondent to process the petitioner's passport application in terms of Section 6(2)(f) of the Indian Passports Act, 1967. However, it is open to the petitioner to file suitable application before the said Court for appropriate relief.
