This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 7 not to grant license to the 8th respondent to commence the Wholesale Fish Market in Survey number 443/13B2B1 measuring 0.23.12 hectares, Nalloor Village, Kanyakumari District. 2/5

3. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for R4, R5 submitted that the request of the 8th respondent to commence wholesale fish market in Survey number 443/13B2B1 measuring 0.23.12 hectares, Nalloor Village, Kanyakumari District has already been rejected by the 4th respondent. In this regard, a resolution has been passed by the 4th respondent on 07.08.2024.
