The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to remove the encroachment made in a public pathway situated in S.Nos.267 and 287, at Sembiyanatham Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District.

Heard Mr.D.R.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.G.Sridharan, learned counsel for respondents 5 to 9.

By producing the communication of the Tahsildar, Kadavur Taluk to the learned Government Pleader in Na.Ka.A2/19/ 2022 dated 13.09.2022, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the encroachment has already been removed.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
