Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURIYA BAGAVANDASS, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for executing the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11382 of 2021 dated 19.08.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order copy was made ready on 04.09.2021 and due to viral fever, the petitioner was not able to appear before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 19.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11382 of 2021.
