Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR T, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for executing the sureties as ordered by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12398 of 2021 dated 01.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order copy was made ready on 14.09.2021 and the copy was uploaded in the website only on 25.10.2021 and hence, the petitioner was not able to surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9206 of 2021 ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 01.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12398 of 2021.
