This Writ Petition has been filed to challenge the transfer order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2998/2019/njhNtr, dated 15.07.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending Writ Petition, the order of transfer has been cancelled by the second respondent and he has also produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2998/2019/njhNtr(1), dated 13.09.2019. 3.In view of the abovesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the proceedings dated 13.09.2019, this Writ Petition is closed.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
