ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent is a money lender. He borrowed money from the second respondent and the same was repaid by him. But the second respondent demanded exorbitant interest. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the second respondent herein, enquiry is undertaken in CP No.158/COP/2021. 4.Since this is money dispute between the parties, the official respondent shall close the enquiry by directing the parties to redress their grievance through civil court proceedings.
