This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the order, dated 26.06.2015 passed in H.M.O.P.No.404 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District. 2.An affidavit has been filed by the appellant, dated 29.01.2021, stating that he has joined with his wife/respondent in the matrimonial home and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 3.Recording the affidavit of the appellant, he is permitted to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
