PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment 1/4

made by the 5th respondent in S.F.No.225/3 of Akkiyampatti, Palayapalayam Post, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, which was classified as 'Government Poramboke Kallankuthu', based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2025 within a time frame stipulated by this Court. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) With reference to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that survey has already been undertaken. The authorities competent will identify the encroachment and remove the same by following the procedures as contemplated under the Act.

2.In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4, the 4th respondent is directed to complete the process of survey, identify the encroachment, if any and complete the enforcement action by following the procedures as contemplated under the 2/4

relevant statutes and rules, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
