This petition has been filed to direct the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act 1989, Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application on their surrender on the same day, if any petition filed by the petitioners in Crime No.337 of 2021, on the file of the second respondent.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent would submit that the injured was discharged from the Hospital. But one previous case in Crime No.62 of 2021 is pending against the petitioner.
