JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The present intra-Court appeal has been preferred against the order dated 19.06.2019, passed by the learned Single Judge, directing the appellant to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law. 2/5
2. The respondent was holding the post of Headmistress and convicted in a criminal case and subsequently, acquitted by the Division Bench of the High Court of Madurai Bench. Though the appellants states that they preferred an appeal, there is no proof enclosed. In compliance with the order dated 19.06.2019, the competent authority passed an order in proceedings dated 13.01.2021.
3. Since the order has been complied with, the present appeal need not be adjudicated with reference to the grounds. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
