O R D E R

This Court is of the considered opinion that there is no contempt as alleged by the petitioner.

2.However, liberty is granted to the daughter to visit the petitioner. It 1/3

is made clear that the petitioner cannot force the daughter to enforce the visitation rights. As and when the daugther is interested, the daughter is at liberty to visit her father.

3.With the above said observations, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
