ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the 1st respondent, dated 24.11.2022. However, it is brought to my notice by the learned Special Government Pleader that the petitioner is also parallely moved before the appellate Authority and a statutory appeal is pending before the District Revenue Officer. The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that the petitioner himself appeared for enquiry before the District Revenue Officer on two occasions. 2.In view of the above fact, the petitioner has already availed the statutory appeal remedy, the impugned order cannot be challenged in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this petition is closed with a direction to the District 2/4

Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District to expedite the appeal filed by the petitioner and conclude the proceedings, after hearing the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
