Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the third respondent herein in her proceedings vide No.2382/A1/2013 dated 20.08.2013 and the consequential order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings vide No.38415/Admn.5-1/2013 dated 29.05.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to settle the petitioner all the monetary, pensionary and other benefits which the petitioner is entitled on account of the superannuation on 31.05.2014 together with interest at the rate of 24% per annum on the said amount forthwith within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
The learned Additional Government Pleader made a submission that the writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension. During the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner died on 17.02.2018. Consequent to the death of the deceased employee, all further actions were dropped and the pensionary benefits due to the employee was settled in favour of the wife of the deceased employee and regarding the family pension, proposals were also submitted for sanctioning.
2.This being the factum, no further adjudication is required and the respondents are directed to process the family pension proposals and sanction the same as expeditiously as possible. 3.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
